Company Lookup
Correct customer details from the start. Search official company registers right from the address window in easyjob 6, see whether the company is still active, and fill in the address with one click.
What Company Lookup does
Search by name, registration number or VAT number
See whether the company is active, or for example bankrupt or in liquidation
Create a new address straight from the search result
Update an existing address with a preview and a tick per field
Duplicate check on registration and VAT numbers
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the UK are set up
The problem it solves
Addresses typed in by hand get errors, duplicates appear, and nobody notices when a customer has gone bankrupt. Company Lookup takes the details from the register instead.
