Who we are

PEMU AB (company reg. no. 559286-9027), Bergstigen 2, SE-468 32 Vargön, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data processed on pemu.se. You can reach us at info@pemu.se.

The contact form

When you send a message through the form we receive your name, email address and any other details you enter. They are sent to us by email and used only to answer and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract if you want to become a customer. We do not store form data on the web server.

We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and any customer relationship, and after that for as long as the law requires, for example Swedish bookkeeping law for contracts and invoices.

Registering for PEMU Center

When you register your company to download PEMU Center we receive company details, contact person, email, phone and details of your easyjob 6 installation (Customer Code, the Zip Code in the licence, version). They are sent to us by email and used to set you up as a customer, create and activate the licence, and contact you about a trial and quote. The legal basis is taking steps towards and performing a contract. The details needed for the licence are kept in our licence system for as long as you are a customer.

The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tracking. Read more in our cookie policy.

Third-party content

The fonts on the website are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser sends a request to Google, which can see your IP address.

Recipients

The website and email are hosted by our hosting provider Beebyte in Sweden. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, to object to the processing and to have it restricted. Contact us at info@pemu.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
