Freelancer Purchase Orders
The purchase order follows the booking. When a freelancer is requested the purchase order is created or extended automatically, and if the booking is cancelled, so is the order.

Creates a purchase order when a freelancer is booked
Extends an existing order instead of creating duplicates
Cancels the order when the booking is cancelled
Replaces a standard workflow that produced duplicate orders and wrong dates

Manual purchase orders for freelancers get forgotten, duplicated or dated wrongly. Then things go wrong when the invoice arrives.
